Biografia
Peter Lorre (Império Austro-Húngaro, atual Eslováquia, 26 de junho de 1904 - Hollywood, Estados Unidos, 23 de março de 1964) foi um ator de cinema e teatro austríaco de origem húngara e ascendência judia. Trabalhou em Casablanca, Relíquia Macabra e M, filme de 1931, dirigido por Fritz Lang. Fez o papel do vilão Le Chiffre, no telefilme Cassino Royale, de 1954 (primeira adaptação do romance de Ian Fleming). Alguns de seus últimos papéis foram em filmes de terror dirigidos por Roger Corman. Em 2017, o The Daily Telegraph o nomeou um dos melhores atores que nunca recebeu uma indicação ao Oscar .
