弗兰克·E·伍兹（1860年－1939年5月1日）是美国默片时代的编剧。1908年至1925年间，他为90部电影执笔创作。他最初在比沃格拉夫电影公司开启写作生涯，同时也是影评领域的先驱者。2009年纪录片《为电影而生：美国影评史》专门探讨了他对电影批评领域的贡献。伍兹曾效力于美国彩色电影公司，在好莱坞片场担任导演，并为未上映的《族人》（1911年）撰写剧本。他最为人熟知的是与D·W·格里菲斯的剧本合作，包括共同创作《一个国家的诞生》的剧本。后来他公开表达了对参与该片的悔恨。伍兹安葬于加利福尼亚州好莱坞的好莱坞永恒公墓。
他是美国电影艺术与科学学院的36位创始成员之一。
