特蕾西·乌尔曼（Tracey Ullman，1959年12月30日-）是一位出生于英国的舞台和电视女演员、喜剧演员、歌手、舞蹈家、编剧和作家。
她早期出演的是英国电视小品喜剧节目《八十年代》（与里克·梅亚尔和米里亚姆·马戈利斯合作）和《三人行》（与莱尼·亨利和大卫·科波菲尔合作）。在短暂的歌唱生涯之后，她与 Dawn French 和 Jennifer Saunders 一起在 Girls On Top 中饰演 Candice Valentine。
