恩尼奥·德·孔奇尼（1923年12月9日生于罗马，2008年11月17日逝世）是意大利编剧兼电影导演，曾凭借《意大利式离婚》于1962年荣获奥斯卡最佳原创剧本奖。
1969年上映的电影《红帐篷》由他参与编剧，该片由肖恩·康纳利主演，取材于翁贝托·诺比莱1928年乘坐"意大利号"飞艇远征北极的灾难性事件。在其参与创作的60余部电影作品中，代表作包括《扭曲》（1976）、《启示录四骑士》（1975）、《希特勒：最后十天》（1973）、《世界之战》（1961）、《黑色星期天》（1960）、《1943年的长夜》（1960）、《呐喊》（1957）、《战争与和平》（1956）以及《曼波舞》（1954）。
