理查德·亨利·谢勒，CBE（Richard Henry Sellers，1925年9月8日－1980年7月24日），为人熟知的是他艺名彼得·塞勒斯（Peter Sellers），是位演技极为精湛的得奖影星、喜剧演员，自1950年代至1980年此30年演出电影几乎部部叫好又叫座，最著名代表作是嘲讽冷战年代核战氛围的黑色喜剧电影（他一人分饰戏中三角）《奇爱博士》，与闹剧笑片经典《粉红豹》里扮傻癫侦探、口齿不清的法语腔英文“克鲁梭”探长（竖领风衣拿支放大镜、两撇八字胡搞笑形象），与演出虚构角色、19世纪华裔美国留辫子吊眼睛、卷曲长指甲侦探《傅满洲》，每次演出白人笑声不断但是唐人街华人抗议声也不断；名利双收之余，与当时英美影坛几位女影星八卦新闻绯闻不断。
