Bogdan Uritescu

Bogdan Alexandru Uritescu (born October 10, 1967, in Brăila, Romania) is a Romanian actor, stunt performer, martial arts instructor, and television presenter, the son of Romanian actor Valentin Uritescu (Teatrul Național "I.L. Caragiale"). He graduated from the National University of Theatre and Film in Bucharest (1993) and won the ACIN Award for Best Male Performance in 1986 for "Misu" in Al patrulea gard, lângă debarcader (directed by Cristina Nicolae). A Kung-Fu specialist, he is also a stunt coordinator (martial arts, acrobatics, vehicles, pyrotechnics) and a presenter on Digi Animal Club (Digi Animal World). He is married with one son, Vlad. His most notable film credits include a Gendarme in High Tension (2003, directed by Alexandre Aja), a French Sergeant in Amen. (2002), Max in Cerberus (2005), Pavel in The Detonator (2006, with Wesley Snipes), Scar in Second in Command (2006, with Jean-Claude Van Damme), a Resistance Fighter in The Marksman (2005, with Wesley Snipes), Dragosh in Anaconda 3: Offspring (2008), a Mob Office Supervisor in Bunraku (2010, with Woody Harrelson and Josh Hartnett), Nicholai Dvorak in One in the Chamber (2012), and a Funny Drunk in 6 Bullets (2012, with Jean-Claude Van Damme). He also did stunts on BloodRayne (2005) and appeared in Pu-239 (2006), Gargoyle: Wings of Darkness (2004), Milionari de weekend (2004), The Rage (2002), Leapin' Leprechauns! (1995), and Spellbreaker: Secret of the Leprechauns (1996). On television he appeared in Las Fierbinti (2012–2019), Siblings (2016), and Flu Bird Horror (2008).
