Översikt

Auspicious omens marked the birth of Qi Huang, daughter of the chancellor, and her fate was read as a phoenix's. Beautiful and ambitious, she enters the palace determined to become empress, and earns a reputation as the court's most dangerous consort on her way to the emperor's side. But her ambition has a reason behind it — the truth of how her mother died.
