Biografia
Robert Doyle Marshall Jr. (Wisconsin, 17 de outubro de 1960) é um diretor de cinema e teatro americano, produtor e coreógrafo. Ele é mais conhecido por dirigir a versão cinematográfica do musical da Broadway "Chicago" (2002). Seu trabalho em Chicago lhe rendeu o prêmio do Directors Guild of America de Melhor Direção, bem como indicações ao Oscar de Melhor Diretor, ao Globo de Ouro de Melhor Diretor e ao Prêmio BAFTA de Melhor Direção. Marshall também é conhecido por outros trabalhos, incluindo "Memórias de uma Gueixa" (2005), "Piratas do Caribe: Em Estranhos Mares" (2011), "Na Floresta" (2014), e "O Retorno de Mary Poppins" (2018).
