Thomas John Patrick "Tom" Welling (nascido em 26 de abril de 1977) é um ator americano, diretor, produtor e ex-modelo, mais conhecido por seu retrato de Clark Kent na série CW Smallville. Um atleta do ensino médio, Welling trabalhou inicialmente na construção e, em 1998, modelou com sucesso a roupa masculina para várias marcas populares. Em 2000, ele fez uma transição bem sucedida para a televisão. Ele foi nomeado e recebeu vários prêmios por seu retrato de Clark Kent. Ele também teve um papel recorrente em Judging Amy. Ele também esteve envolvido atrás da câmera como produtor executivo e diretor. Seus filmes incluem Cheaper by the Dozen, sua sequela e o remake de The Fog, em 2005.
