Moved by Korenaga's desperation, Kikkawa recruits his former military comrades to help him seek justice. Their personal mission soon escalates into a full-scale confrontation with the Kurokawa Alliance, one of Japan's largest yakuza organizations, forcing the veterans to put their loyalty, combat skills and lives on the line.
