Mai Jiawen insisted on keeping their relationship private for the sake of his career, and Xu Yuanyuan broke up with him after feeling wronged and heartbroken. Gu Fei, a top star, took advantage of the situation to pursue her, and Mai Jiawen suddenly realized his mistake and publicly declared his ownership.
