Two French environmental activists are kidnapped by Tuareg rebels in Niger. The two were in the process of exposing the inhumane working conditions in uranium mining by France's nuclear power company. Diplomat Hugo is sent to negotiate with the kidnappers on site. Hélène, the head of the environmental organization, also flies in.
