Sean Baker (* 26. Februar 1971) ist ein US-amerikanischer Filmemacher. Bekannt wurde er vor allem durch seine Independent-Filme über das Leben von Sexarbeiterinnen, darunter „Take Out“ (2004), „Starlet“ (2012), „Tangerine“ (2015), „The Florida Project“ (2017), „Red Rocket“ (2021) und „Anora“ (2024). Letzterer brachte ihm die Goldene Palme bei den Filmfestspielen von Cannes 2024 sowie Oscars für den besten Film, die beste Regie, das beste Originaldrehbuch und den besten Schnitt ein. Er ist außerdem Schöpfer der Fox/IFC-Puppensitcom „Greg the Bunny“ (2002–2006) und ihrer Ableger.
